PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To vary the typical physical characteristics such as distribution of the minute bubble sizes and concentration of the bubbles of the minute bubbles (micro-bubbles, nano-bubbles) generated in the minute bubble generation device, in the application of the minute bubble generation aiming at organisms, or in the application of the minute bubble generation aiming at non-organisms, in order to increase the application targets.;SOLUTION: The minute bubble generation device includes a flow inhibiting member as a pressurizing means and a moving means moving at least one position of the flow inhibiting member; and a moving means moving the position of a flow inducing path included as a means for stimulating supersaturated mixed gas by the minute bubble generation device to generate minute bubbles and/or the position of impingement member.
