PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even an ordinary person or a woman to easily replace a decorative panel.;SOLUTION: A panel assembly 30 is slightly inclined so that the lower side is located forward. In this state, the panel assembly 30 is pushed up to fit an upper fitting projection 40 into a downward fitting recessed groove 122 of an upper panel mounting implement 120, and then, the lower side of the panel assembly 30 is pressed toward a wall surface 100. A lower fitting projection 44 of the panel assembly 30 is thereby fitted into a front-facing fitting recessed groove 112 of a lower panel mounting implement 110 to mount the panel assembly 30.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
