PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bench for independent pot cultivation, easily surely holding a cultivation tray for placing a cultivation pot, and facilitating the installation of a drainage gutter, and to provide a cultivation pot.;SOLUTION: This bench is such that a bench body 21 has a substantially U shape cross-section opening downward, many tray holding openings 22 are set on the upper surface, crossing a longitudinal direction, parts 23 to be engaged are continuously set on both sides of the lower end of the bench body 21, crossing a longitudinal direction, and when arranging the cultivation tray 13 in the bench body 21 through the tray holding opening 22, the flange part 13a of the cultivation tray 13 abuts on the periphery of the tray holding opening 22 to hold the cultivation tray 13, and the drainage gutter 24 is hung to the lower side of the bench body 21 by hanging a hanging tool 25 for hanging the drainage gutter 24 to the part 23 to be engaged.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
