PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate video files by synthesizing images from plural images, allowing increased flexibility and versatility in composition and/or replay.;SOLUTION: A video file generating device (1) includes: composition condition specifying means (63A) for specifying composition conditions for making a composite image from a partial image data and a second image data; replay condition specifying means (63B) for specifying replay conditions for replaying a series of composite images generated according to the composition conditions; and video file generation means (66) for generating video files including a video file in a first file format which contains image data to be replayed and auxiliary data on the composition conditions and the replay conditions, and a video file in a second file format which contains composite image data generated from the partial image data and the second image data as well as index data for specifying a frame in the composite image data edited according to the replay conditions.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
