PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance communication distance and communication speed in visible light communication while suppressing flickering as illumination and dispersion in colors by reducing dispersion in waveform characteristics in optical signals of the respective light emitting elements in configuration for transmitting the same piece of data from a plurality of light emitting elements. PSOLUTION: This light emission drive adjustment system includes the plurality of light emitting elements and a light receiving element, and further includes: a calculation unit for calculating delay time of light emission control timing for each of the plurality of light emitting elements so as to match the waveform characteristics of the respective received signals based on the received signals by the light receiving element for each of the plurality of light emitting elements; and a setting unit for setting the light emission control timing to the respective light emitting elements based on the calculated delay time.
