PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of processing of a mixer in a sound signal false localization system.;SOLUTION: A gain decoding section 8 of the mixer 300 decodes only the gain, and a false localization gain operation section 9 generates a false M gain and a false S gain which are subjected to false localization by using the decoded gain (decoded M gain). The mixer 300 imparts false localization by using the false M gain and the false S gain which are generated. As described above, the mixer decodes not the entire codes, but only the gain to impart the false localization by using the decoded gain.
