PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user properly grasp and easily utilize a physical risk level for the user by utilizing information such as weather information.;SOLUTION: A contracting company server 22 acquires and manages, from an analysis company server 21, depression data as weather information, and manages a location of a telephone terminal to be used by a contractor using a contractor DB. Based on the acquired weather information and information indicating the location of the telephone terminal of the contractor DB, the contract company server 22 forms information for notifying the contractor of a risk level of blood pressure increase at the location of the telephone terminal when a cyclone approaches, transmits the information to the telephone terminal of the contractor and notifies the contractor of the risk level.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
