PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baglike body which can directly heat an object stored in the interior without being dielectrically heated.;SOLUTION: The baglike body 18 includes a holding portion 20 formed into the shape of a bag having a storage space 18a of a heat storage medium 12 in the interior, capable of absorbing and holding a liquid heating medium which can be dielectrically heated and has a high permittivity, and is made of a porous or fibrous material having a permittivity lower than the liquid heating medium, and a covering portion 22 made of a material having airtightness and a permittivity lower than the liquid heating medium and covering the outside of the holding portion 20.
