PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet jetting device for achieving a stable jetting operation in all dot sizes in a drive method using a drive signal with a waveform element selected according to a desired dot size among a plurality of waveform elements, an inkjet jetting method, and an inkjet recording apparatus.;SOLUTION: A reference driving waveform 100 includes three continuous jetting waveforms 102-1 to 102-3, a meniscus statically determinate waveform 104, a separate jetting waveform 102-4, and a satellite control waveform 106. When a large size dot is formed, the jetting waveforms 102-1 to 102-3 are selected, when a medium size dot is formed, the jetting waveforms 102-2 and 102-3 are selected, and when the large size dot and the medium size dot are formed, the meniscus statically determinate waveform 104 that follows the jetting waveform 102-3 is selected.
