CONSOLIDATION MOLDING WOOD BOARD, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, METHOD FOR SHAPING DEFORMED WOOD BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consolidation molding wood board used as a plate material for various purposes and high in commercial value, to flatten the wood board which is easily deformed such as bending during drying, and to prevent decompression of the compressed wood board even when the consolidation molding wood board gets wet, in a method for manufacturing the board and a method for shaping the deformed wood board.;SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the consolidation wood board includes: the cutting-out step (S10) of cutting out wood NW to be a wood board with a predetermined thickness; the drying step (S11) of drying the wood board to have a predetermined range of water contents; the first heating step (S12) of heating the deformed wood board HW to a first heating temperature; and the pressuring step (S13) of pressuring the wood board to seal it by predetermined pressure for a first period. The method further includes: the second heating step (S14) of heating the wood board to a second heating temperature; the water-vapor processing step (S15) of blowing water vapor of the second heating temperature to the sealed wood board to hold it for a second predetermined period; and the cooling step (S16) of cooling the wood board to less than 120°C and returnning the wood to normal pressure.
