PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush piece of a washing brush for a car washing machine reduced in cost and easily replacing a washing member.;SOLUTION: The brush piece 1 of a washing brush for a car washing machine includes a base end member 2 having a plurality of insertion portions 2a continuously provided in the longitudinal direction on its end portions and a washing member 3 having a plurality of projecting pieces 3a on one side of it, and the projecting pieces 3a are sequentially knitted into the insertion portions 2a to join the washing member 3 to the base end member 2. In the brush piece 1, since the width dimension of the insertion portion 2a is designed to be smaller than that of the projecting piece 3a, the joint of the washing member 3 to the base end member 2 is completed only by sequentially knitting the projecting pieces 3a into the insertion portions 2a. Accordingly, the replacement work of the washing member 3 is very easy. Furthermore, since it is not necessary to replace the whole washing brush (not shown), a cost reduction is achieved. Since the width dimension of the insertion portion 2a is smaller than that of the projecting piece 3a, the frictional force between the insertion portion 2a and the projecting piece 3a becomes large. Accordingly, the base end member 2 reliably holds the washing member 3, and the washing member 3 is prevented from coming off from the base end member 2 during car washing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
