PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to use various CCD sensors for photographing an image, which are different in outer shape, to correctly position the sensors, to easily generate the image with excellent reproductivity, and to stabilize occlusion state in a mouth to reduce uncomfortable feeling and obtain an excellent holding state.;SOLUTION: The sensor support board 18 of an exclusive sensor holder 17 is inclined to have the same or double angle of a circular irradiation surface 4a. Upper and lower bending parts 19, 20 are respectively arranged by projection at the upper and lower ends of the support board 18. A sensor mounting part corresponding to the outer shape of the sensor 16 is formed. A fitting projection 25 is arranged in the support board 18, and a fitting groove 12 with the same cross sectional shape, to which the fitting projection 25 is fitted, is arranged in a main block 9 for occlusion. The shape of the sensor mounting part is changed whenever the outer shape of the sensor 16 is different, and also the upper and lower positions of the sensor mounting part are changed whenever a photographing place with respect to a tooth 28 to be examined is different.
