PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a client device having authentication information associated with a certificate prepared by a certain authentication server device to receive authentication through the other authentication server device even if the authentication server devices cannot be connected to each other, and to suppress loads of the authentication server devices.;SOLUTION: Even though the client device 200 can receive authentication by an authentication server device 700 with a certificate issued by the authentication server device 700, the client device cannot fundamentally receive the authentication by an authentication server device 800. When the authentication of the certificate of the client device 200 is failed, the authentication server device 800 transmits related information to a management server device 600. When the management server device 600 determines that the received related information is prepared by the management server device itself, the management server device returns information permitting the authentication to the authentication server device 800.
