PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) retrieval device for efficiently leading a user to Q&As to solve a problem.;SOLUTION: The FAQ retrieval device includes: a retrieval condition receiving section 11 for receiving a retrieval condition input by the user on a user terminal 2; an FAQ detection section 12 for detecting Q&As corresponding to the retrieval condition from an FAQ storage section 16; an FAQ transmission section 15 for transmitting all detected Q&As to the user terminal 2; an evaluation value receiving section 13 for receiving information on the Q&A selected by the user from the transmitted Q&As, and storing it to an evaluation history storage section 18 in association with the retrieval condition; and an FAQ extracting section 14 for extracting the other Q&As stored in association with the other retrieval condition that does not solve the problem even when the Q&A stored in association with the retrieval condition is referred from the evaluation history storage section 18 and is evaluated to solve the problem in the other retrieval condition.
