PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the contents of a pack container for a beverage or the like from spilling out.;SOLUTION: When pressing force is applied to the beverage pack container from the outside, the beverage within the beverage pack container flows outside through a small through-hole thereby preventing the beverage from spilling out of a straw. Within the beverage pack container such as a milk carton, a partition which separates a cavity from a portion for storing the beverage is provided. The exterior part of the beverage pack container includes a small through-hole which penetrates through the internal cavity to the outside, and a small through-hole closing valve. The straw includes the small through-hole for making the spilling beverage flow not to the outside but into the cavity. When the pressing force is applied to the beverage pack container from the outside, the beverage is set free into the cavity through the small through-hole of the straw, and air within the cavity flows to the outside, thereby preventing the beverage from spilling out of the straw.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
