PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service providing method for issuing an encryption key from a certificate authority certified by a certification organization to securely keep contract data.;SOLUTION: A product description item is specified by screen operation. The item that a teller has obtained the confirmation from an insurant is acquired as voice and video data. After checking whether the insurant has confirmed about the same item in the past, voice and video data corresponding to the item to be checked are stored. The procedure is as follows: displaying a check item on a teller screen according to a region pointed on a product description screen by a pointer; displaying an item to be checked according to the region pointed on the product description screen by the pointer; retrieving whether the same item has been checked in the past; reproducing the corresponding voice and video data; obtaining the confirmation about a change; if there is any change, collecting voice and video data between the teller and the insurant and storing them in a DB.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
