PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation tool for pet grass with which the growth density of pet grass becomes homogeneous, the growth season thereof is unified and the amount of the seeds of the pet grass is visually recognized, and which is suitable for easily cultivating the pet grass while making a consumer physically feel proper pleasure in cultivating plants on the soil: and to provide a pet grass cultivation set with the tool.SOLUTION: The cultivation tool for pet grass includes the following structure: a plurality of pet grass seeds (3) are put on the upper surface of dried culture medium (2) prepared by compressing vegetable fiber-containing culture soil into a solid state; and in such a condition, the seeds (3) and the culture medium (2) are enclosed together in a mesh material (4) whose meshes are smaller than the seeds (3), through which germinated sprouts can be passed, and which is made of moisture-absorbing fiber.
