PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make relative speed for a treatment liquid L for a workpiece W adjustable in dip coating in which the workpiece W is dipped in the treatment liquid L in a treatment tank T and advanced in the treatment liquid L.;SOLUTION: The relative speed of the treatment liquid L for the workpiece W is adjusted by adjusting the moving attitude θ of the workpiece W in the treatment liquid L and thereby adjusting the passing cross sectional area of the treatment liquid L around the workpiece W inside the treatment tank T.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
