PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus, a fault analysis method, and a fault analysis program, accurately identifying a failure location having caused the fault. PSOLUTION: An information processing apparatus 2 is equipped with: a first storage unit 54; a second storage unit 55; a processor 52; a peripheral device 53; and a management unit 51. The management unit 51, if a fault is detected in the information processing apparatus 2, generates identification information associated with the fault, outputs the generated identification information and a log acquisition request to the processor 52, and acquires a first log from the peripheral device 53 to associate the acquired first log with the identification information and to store them in the first storage unit 54. The processor 52, in response to the log acquisition request outputted from the management unit 51, acquires a second log from the processor itself, associates the acquired second log with the identification information outputted from the management unit 51, and stores them in the second storage unit 55.
