METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CONTAINER MADE OF SYNTHETIC RESIN, PREFORM, INSERT MEMBER, AND CONTAINER MADE OF SYNTHETIC RESIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a preform to a subsequent process while protecting the mouth of the preform by a mold member having a simple structure without using the mold member as a split mold in performing the stretch blow molding of the preform in a state that the mouth of the preform is protected by the mold member forming a part of a mold.;SOLUTION: A screw thread P4 is formed into a shape which is broken off at the edge surface parallel to the horizontal surface crossing the axial direction of the preform P at a right angle at the side of the lower edge thereof so as not to form a part becoming an undercut along the extending direction of the screw thread P4 formed at the mouth P1 of the preform P, and the preform P is molded by a preform mold PM having an insert member 23 constituted so as to be unthreaded from the mouth P1 having the screw thread P4 formed thereat. The preform P is transferred without detaching the insert member 23 from the molded preform P and subjected to blow molding to be molded into a predetermined container shape before unthreading the insert member 23.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
