PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulatory organ function measuring apparatus for measuring the pulse waves by considering conditions of a living body other than heartbeats. PSOLUTION: The circulatory organ function measuring apparatus includes: a biosensor for applying light into the living body from the body surface and detecting the plethysmogram based the reflected waves; a transmission part for transmitting pulsation to oscillate blood vessels within the living body; and an oscillation part for generating control signals for applying vibration different from the pulsation of the heart based on the plethysmogram detected by the biosensor and outputting the signals to the transmission part. In this way, the behavior of the blood vessels to which vibration different from the pulsation of the heart is applied can be recognized, and therefore, new data to be used as objects for analysis can be obtained.
