PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a credit information reference system, a credit information disclosure server and a credit information reference method allowing a person who requests disclosure of his/her own credit information to easily acquire the credit information by using a network such as a telephone line and the Internet while securing sufficient security.SOLUTION: The credit information disclosure server connected with a user telephone and a user terminal includes means for acquiring a telephone number of the user telephone, reception number issuing means, reception number collating means, extraction means for extracting credit information, and telephone number collating means. A charge is imposed and the credit information is transmitted when the reception number matches, the credit information exists, and the telephone number matches, while the charge is imposed and information that the credit information does not exist is transmitted when the reception number matches and the credit information does not exist. No charging is performed and the processing is ended in the other cases.
