PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange room environment suitably in accordance with a usage state of a room.;SOLUTION: In a building 10, a door 16 for opening and closing an entrance 15 of a living room 11 is provided with a door opening sensor 31. A living room human detection sensor 35 is provided around the entrance 15 of the living room 11, and a passage human detection sensor 36 is provided around the entrance 15 of a passage 12. The door opening sensor 31, the living room human detection sensor 35 and the passage human detection sensor 36 are electrically connected to a controller 41, and the controller 41 grasps that a person enters or leaves the living room 11 on the basis of detection signals of the sensors 31, 35 and 36. The controller 41 sets, when a person enters or leaves the living room 11, a priority with a person being in the living room 11 as a target, sets a priority person on the basis of the priority, and performs environment control of the living room 11 in accordance with the priority person.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
