PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a confocal endomicroscopy well structured so as to scan a Z-axis direction with high resolving power.;SOLUTION: The confocal endomicroscopy has a structure to include a point-light-source supporting means to support a point light-source movably in a two-dimensional direction, a confocal pinhole arranged in the position common to a focusing point of light radiated from the point light-source, a holding means to hold the point-light-source supporting means movably in an orthogonal direction orthogonal to the two-dimensional direction together with the confocal pinhole, a first group of electrodes provided in the point-light-source supporting means, and a second group of electrodes provided in the holding means. The first electrode group and the second electrode group are structured so as to allow short circuit states of each other to vary every time the point-light-source supporting means moves for a prescribed amount in the orthogonal direction orthogonal to the holding means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
