PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shooting training system using an embedded photo sensing panel, and a method used for the system. PSOLUTION: The shooting training system using a kind of embedded photo sensing panel includes a display device which displays visible information in the display area and comprises a plurality of embedded photo sensors for receiving input transmitted by a first user for indicating a first position by a fist input device, and a calculation device connected to the display device for commanding the display device to display a shooting training environment. The system processes the input by the first user, identifies the first position at least corresponding to the input by the first user in the display area and timing of the input by the first user, and displays training results based on the first position and the timing of the input by the first user.
