PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ship automatic rudder steering system and/or a dynamic position setting system capable of reducing a ship changing-over hysteresis.;SOLUTION: There is provided a device 12 comprising an arithmetic processing unit 29, at least one unit of measuring devices 27, 28 for use in determining a physical quantity of a rudder, a value of lifting-up force and/or a resistance force, in particular, and a device for use in transferring the calculated value of physical quantity to the arithmetic processing unit 29, wherein the arithmetic processing unit 29 is constituted for determining a force acting on the rudder in response to the determined value of the physical quantity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
