PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating damage detection method for buried pipe and a coating damage detection system of the same, capable of detecting coating damages using a simple constitution.;SOLUTION: The method includes an impedance-measuring process for applying an AC current between a first buried pipe 10 and a second buried pipe 20; and measuring the impedance of a measuring object circuit formed of the first buried pipe 10; the second buried pipe 20; and an inclusion intervening between the first buried pipe 10 and the second buried pipe 20; and a damage determination process for determining the existence of a coating 2 damage, based on the impedance measured in the impedance measuring process.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
