PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for protecting the natural ground slope using a bamboo net with a vegetation sheet for achieving satisfactory vegetation and tree planting early and both of excellent economic performance and construction performance simultaneously. PSOLUTION: This construction method comprises a first process for preparing a bamboo net 11 by connecting many and long split bamboo pieces 13 sequentially using a plurality of strings 14 while holding a predetermined clearance therebetween and preparing the bamboo net 10 with the vegetation sheet by sticking the flexible vegetation sheet 12 including seeds or without seeds onto a rear surface of the bamboo net 11, a second process for driving ties 2 horizontally in one row at a predetermined interval at several steps on the slope 1 of the natural ground, a third process for fixing the bamboo net 10 with the vegetation sheet carried onto the slope 1 of the natural ground by letting the split bamboo pieces 13 face the horizontal direction, curving each split bamboo piece 13, letting it pass through the natural ground side or anti-natural ground side of the tie 2 alternately per one or a plurality of ties 2, and letting it drop in between the ties 2, and a fourth process for filling a space behind the bamboo net 10 with the vegetation sheet dropped in between the ties 2 with soil 6.
