PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which conventional electronic paper, appearance variable device, and appearance variable structure can not be attached to the appearance surface of a structure including either one of three-dimensional curved surface and small radius curved surface.SOLUTION: A display part for displaying the predetermined design is provided on the opposite side of an attachment plane of a substrate for display in which a plurality of sheets of substrates are laminated and which includes the attachment plane attached to the appearance plane of the structure including either one of three-dimensional curved surface and the small radius curved surface, and the substrate for display is previously formed and assembled so that the attachment plane is aligned to the appearance plane of the structure including either one of the three-dimensional curved surface and the small radius curved surface.
