PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for accomplishing easily with a little work burden a water-stop structure for a grommet having a secure water-stop performance.;SOLUTION: A filling sealed body 20 is obtained by sealing in a sealing member 21 filling 2 which has fluidity in a sealed state and has such a character as to be hardened by touching air. The filling sealed body 20 is disposed in a wire group 90 of a wire harness 900, and a diameter-enlarged grommet 1 is externally fitted to the wire harness 900. Continuously, the diameter enlargement of the grommet 1 is canceled and the grommet 1 is diameter-reduced to the original state. The wire group 90 is then pressurized by an inner wall of the grommet 1, and the filling sealed body 20 disposed therein is broken.
