PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message comparison decision method, device and program, allowing efficient verification of difference in message contents between signal files wherein encoded messages are mixed.;SOLUTION: This message comparison decision method includes: an arithmetic processing step of executing arithmetic processing to temporary files generated from the messages recorded in two signal files; and a comparison decision step of deciding whether or not the contents of the messages respectively recorded in the two signal flies accord. The arithmetic processing step has: an encoding decision step of deciding whether or not the encoded message that is the message wherein at least a part of the message is encoded is present in the temporary file; a decoding processing step of performing decoding processing of the encoded message of the temporary file based on a prescribed definition; and a recording step of recording the message generated in the decoding processing step into the temporary file.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
