PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more effective earthquake-proof construction method which can overcome a problem of an inevitable lack of complete confidence for a construction client since an existing earthquake proof construction method is a partial method while a giant earthquake has unknown uncertainties which no one knows until it occurs.;SOLUTION: Unlike the existing partial earthquake-proof construction method, the method is an overall earthquake-proof construction method and also the method for quake proofing, wherein, explosive fracture or breakage of a wood column due to loosening/bulge of reinforcing bars caused by resonance of the giant earthquake is restrained on the principle of hoop-clamping with an iron plate, or a carbon fiber sheet instead (in a wooden building), fixed and wound in a lateral band state to an existing foundation pit, by welding or the like at a few effective positions of the whole building in such a state as to laterally cross an overground part of the iron foundation pit, which is a basis for earthquake proofing, driven in the ground. This method can encourage the construction client, who has not yet performed the construction of earthquake proofing, to start construction the earthquake-proofing, so as to prevent an enormous national damage caused by the looming giant earthquake.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
