CURVILINEAR ADJUSTABLE FORM, RULER MEMBER FOR CURVILINEAR ADJUSTABLE FORM, AND CURVILINEAR ADJUSTABLE FORM DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ruler member for curvilinear adjustable forms and curvilinear adjustable form device which can build any form depending on optional curvature, further improve curved surface accuracy in a product with required strength ensured, and also upgrade workability.;SOLUTION: The curvilinear adjustable form device 40 consists of a curvilinear adjustable form 10, a rule member for curvilinear adjustable form 30, and a pin as not shown in the figure. The curvilinear adjustable form 10 comprises a rectangular flat plate-like metal form stop 12 having flexibility, and upper flange section 14/lower flange section 16 respectively-formed on upper and lower edges of the form stop 12. On these upper flange section 14 and lower flange section 16, notches 18 are formed at regular intervals. All of the above configuration will allow the curvilinear adjustable form 10 to be bent along optional curves. In that case, the ruler member for curvilinear adjustable forms 30 for specifying any prescribed curve is used to bridge its opposing upper flange sections 14 to be fixed with the pin, correcting the curved surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
