PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work management support system, a work management support method, and a work management support program for supporting work management to more properly dispatch workers in accordance with work time limits in work areas and a change in work volume in the work areas.;SOLUTION: The control part 21 of the work management support system 20 displays an arrangement state display screen and displays the number of workers and the number of unprocessed unit requirements in each work area on the screen. The control part 21 calculates required time by using the number of unprocessed unit requirements and the number of workers in the work area and calculates the time left before the next binding time in the work area. The control part 21 determines whether the time left is less than the required time.
