PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide suppression of greenhouse effect gas in livestock industry, and a method for promoting raising animal growth, in view of the fact that for reduction of greenhouse effect gas discharged by raising livestock animals, the improvement of a raising management technology is supposed to decrease, but an effective technology does not yet get to be established and become popular. PSOLUTION: The suppression of greenhouse effect gas in a livestock industry, and the method for promoting raising animal growth are each obtained by bringing tap water or deep well water usually used as water to use for raising livestock animals into contact with ceramics excellent in high efficient infrared light radiation properties, and modifying and improving to activated water and using so as to activate animal life activity and make food digestive action smooth.
