METHOD FOR DECOMPOSING AND SYNTHESIZING DESIGN DATA AND DEVICE FOR DECOMPOSING AND SYNTHESIZING DESIGN DATA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To gain a method for decomposing and synthesizing design data, the method improving precision and efficiency in a design data decomposing and analyzing operation.;SOLUTION: Component origin reference-screw arrangement coordinates data are found from top assembly origin reference screw arrangement coordinates data which define the coordinates of a screw arrangement with reference to the origin of a top assembly; illustration center vectors and reference vectors, whose starting points are all the component origins, are selected for each component; reference components are selected for each kind of component; and the screw arrangement coordinates data on the reference components are made normal, so that the reference vectors of the reference components may indicate a horizontal axial direction with reference to the top assembly origin, to set reference coordinates. Then, the coordinates of the component origins are made to be the translational components of the top assembly origin reference, and the rotative components of the top assembly origin references are obtained by using the component origin reference-screw arrangement coordinates data, for which the coordinates are set, to generate component arrangement coordinates data, and then the component origin reference-screw arrangement coordinates data are coupled with the component arrangement coordinates data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
