REMOTE DIAGNOSTIC READING SYSTEM AND DIAGNOSTIC READING MANAGEMENT DEVICE

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote diagnostic reading system and an diagnostic reading management device, allowing reduction of labor or a time when calculating a fee related to diagnostic reading, in a request source and a request destination of the remote diagnostic reading. PSOLUTION: In the remote diagnostic reading system, the management device 5 generates request information I2 related to an diagnostic reading request, for the diagnostic reading request in a hospital 2, and at a time point when generation of an diagnostic reading result report is completed in an diagnostic reading base 3. The management device 5 totals respective pieces of information included in the request information I2 based on the request information I2 generated in the past. The management device 5 can automatically prepare a bill to be sent to the hospital 2 from the diagnostic reading base 3 by use of the generated request information I2 and previously registered fee information.
