ORALLY FAST DISINTEGRATING TABLET INCLUDING MEDICINE AND SPRAY-DRIED PARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mass production method for producing a tablet including 4-amino-5-chloro-2-ethoxy-N-[[4-(4-fluorobenzyl)-2-morpholinyl]methyl]benzamide which is stored stably, has sufficient hardness that does not cause troubles in handling during a period from production and to administration of the tablet, has a good administration feeling, and has an excellent disintegrating property within the oral cavity.;SOLUTION: The orally fast disintegrating tablet includes (1) spray-dried particles and (2) medicine. The spray-dried particle (1) contains components (a)-(c), wherein (a) is mannitol, (b) is xylitol and (c) is a disintegrating agent, and is formed by dispersing each component within a dispersion solvent and by spray-drying the dispersed mixture.
