PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new organized layered polysilane that is available in respective fields, such as a semiconductor field, an electrical and electronic field, and so on, also exhibits an unconventional function, and further reduces insulation. PSOLUTION: The organized layered polysilane has a structure in which a plurality of six-membered rings comprised of silicon atoms are arranged in a row as a basic skeleton. The silicon atoms (Si) composing the six-membered rings simultaneously include a silicon atom bonded with a hydrocarbon group R and a silicon atom bonded with a hydrogen atom (H). The organized layered polysilane is available in respective fields, such as a semiconductor field, an electrical and electronic field, and so on, and also exhibits an unconventional function because the silicon atoms composing the six-membered rings include the silicon atom bonded with a hydrocarbon group, depending on the ratio of such a silicon atom, for example, when used as an electrode for an electricity storage device, a large quantity of lithium ions are incorporated because the interlayer distance is maintained comparatively wide due to the hydrocarbon group, and further, the insulation is reduced because the silicon atoms composing the six-membered rings include the silicon atom bonded with a hydrogen atom.
