PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a stage control device that can improve efficiency of obtaining images of a sample without changing the depth of field; a stage control method; a stage control program; and a microscope.;SOLUTION: Phase-different images in all regions of a tissue section assigned in a photographing range are obtained, then, a parallax is calculated from the respective phase-different images. The tilt angle of the tissue section is calculated using the parallax calculated from the respective phase-different images, and a tilt angle of a stage surface on which a preparation is disposed is adjusted so as to minimize a tilt within an angle of view of a photographed picture on a basis of the calculated tilt angle.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
