PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stability calculation method wherein the main system and the separation system of a power system are determined correctly, and the calculation can be continued simultaneously even when a plurality of separation systems exist.;SOLUTION: The main system and the separation system of a power system are recognized based on the system search method and the generator phase angle determination method, and calculation is performed simultaneously for respective systems even when the plurality of separation systems exist. Consequently, a generator in the system state that cannot exist can be excluded, and the stability calculation can be carried out continuously.
