PSOLUTION: This reforming catalyst recovery determining system includes the reforming catalyst 40 for generating reformed gas including hydrogen by reforming mixed gas of adding an additive including one or both of ethanol and gasoline to exhaust gas exhausted from an engine 14, a temperature sensor 22 for detecting the catalyst bed temperature of the reforming catalyst 40, and a determining means 54 for determining whether or not the recovery of the reforming catalyst 40 is completed based on the catalyst bed temperature detected by the temperature sensor 22.
