PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a password notification apparatus and a password notification system that safely transmits a decryption password and allow a user to be easily notified of a recipient of the decryption password.;SOLUTION: A notification server 20 includes: a password receiving part 21 for receiving a decryption password for decrypting an encrypted file from a sender terminal 10 for transmitting the encrypted file to a receiving terminal through a first path; a user information acquisition part 22 for accepting an access from a recipient mobile terminal 30 and acquiring user information for identifying a user of the recipient mobile terminal 30; and a password transmitting part 24 for transmitting the decryption password to the recipient mobile terminal 30 through a second path according to the acquisition of the user information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
