PSOLUTION: The nuclear reactor control support system 200 is constituted of: an input unit 220 for inputting a target atmosphere dosage rate; a memory unit 230 for storing correlation data 232 of the dosage rate-radioactivity amount and correlation data 234 of the radioactivity variation amount-temperature reduction rate; a carry-in amount acquisition unit 240 for acquiring the amount of clad; a calculation unit 250 for calculating the temperature reduction rate; and an output unit 260 for outputting the temperature reduction rate, wherein the calculation unit calculates the radioactivity amount from the target atmosphere dosage rate and the correlation data of the dosage rate-radioactivity amount, calculates the variation amount from the radioactivity amount and the clad amount, and calculates the temperature reduction rate from the variation amount and the correlation data of the radioactivity variation amount-temperature reduction rate.
