PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water from infiltrating a molded stator from a boundary face of a seal box and a mold resin.;SOLUTION: The stator of a pump motor is mounted on a pump, in which water and the stator are separated with the seal box. In the stator of the pump motor, the stator and the sealing box are integrally molded by the mold resin; the seal box has its overall shape substantially like a cup with a flange; a molding die in which the stator and the sealing box are integrally molded by the mold resin is made larger than the outer shape of the flange of the sealing box by a predetermined size; and after being integrally molded by the mold resin, at least the outer periphery of the flange of the sealing box is held by the mold resin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
