PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation method for a pressurized-fluidized combined power generation plant in multi-coal type burning test, capable of performing operation adapted to an operation state by clarifying the criterion for whether the operation state in the multi-coal type burning test is poor, and an operation management device for managing the operation.;SOLUTION: The operation method for the pressurized-fluidized bed combined power generation plant in multi-coal type burning test includes the steps of acquiring operation data for an essential monitoring item in order to monitor the operation state (S1); determining whether the operation state is poor from the acquired operation data and a preset setting condition of each essential monitoring item (S2, S3); and performing operation with a reduced mixed burning rate for coal, other than base coal (S5), when the operation state is determined to be poor in the step (S3), and continuing the operation without change in mixed burning rate, when the operation state is determined as not being poor in state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
