PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding agent for fish culture feed with which shape retention in water and effect on prevention from elution of nutritional components are given; and to provide fish culture feed obtained by mixing the binding agent. PSOLUTION: The binding agent for fish culture feed contains partially decomposed substance of cereal protein having a weight average molecular weight of 20,000-200,000, wherein the ratio (Mw/Mo) of the weight average molecular weight of the partially decomposed substance of cereal protein Mw to the weight average molecular weight of the cereal protein Mo is 0.01-0.1.
