To be carried to a post-processing device on the downstream side without being folded, the sheets are discharged directly from a sheet carry-out port by a first change-over pawl 121. To be folded, the sheets are guided to carrying passages inside the folding device by the first change-over pawl 121 where folding operations in half, Z, outside three, inside three, simple four, and side-by-side four are performed.
