PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the degradation of answer precision due to an influence upon answers of subject's memory of questions by reducing a frequency of presentation of questionnaire questions to the subject in a questionnaire survey.;SOLUTION: An output part 4 presents questionnaire questions to the subject. A biological information acquisition part 3 acquires biological information of the subject. An answer delay indication determination part 5 determines whether delay of an answer to a presented questionnaire question has been indicated or not. An information storage part 111 stores biological information of the subject when it is determined that the delay has been indicated. A question presentation propriety determination part 8, when presenting a questionnaire question, determines that presentation of the questionnaire question should be delayed for a prescribed time if biological information of the subject before presentation of the questionnaire question is within a prescribed range of biological information of the subject which has been stored in the information storage part 111 when it has been determined in the past that delay of an answer has been indicated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
