PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate concrete and a horizontal pulling implement together after horizontal pulling by maintaining a state in which a plurality of steel balls are evenly dispersed, even when a rail surface is inclined.;SOLUTION: A steel rail 7 equipped with the upward rail surface 10 is laid on foundation concrete 2; a plurality of spherical magnets 11 are arranged in a dispersed manner at mutual intervals on the rail surface 10; and the plurality of steel balls 13 are placed as a single layer on the rail surface 10, and arranged in the dispersed manner by being magnetically attracted by each of the plurality of spherical magnets 11. A concrete block 15 is placed on the steel balls 13 via a sliding steel plate 17; the concrete block 15 is horizontally pulled to an installation position together with the sliding steel plate 17 while the steel balls 13 roll between the rail surface 10 and the sliding steel plate 17; and the concrete is poured between a lower portion of the concrete block 15 and the foundation concrete 2, so that the concrete block 15 can be installed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
